PACOD is also a family of open-source projects: the platform these assistants run on. This page is about both: first the company and its assistants, then the projects and this website.

Our mission
We believe good advice shouldn't be a luxury. Whether you're settling a tax question, checking a deadline, or making sense of a dense regulation, you deserve a clear, trustworthy answer in plain language. PACOD exists to make expert reasoning available to anyone, in their own language, at any hour.
What we do
PACOD is built around focused assistants, each grounded in a curated knowledge base for its domain. Instead of one generic chatbot, you get specialists that know where to look, cite their sources, and stay within their remit. Behind the scenes, every answer is assembled from vetted reference material rather than guessed from memory.

There are three of them: the Tax & Accounting Assistant, Condominium & Property Management and the Traffic Law Assistant. PACOD assistants shows them side by side.
How we work
We keep our knowledge current, we're transparent about what our assistants can and can't do, and we design every feature so you stay in control of your data. When an assistant isn't confident, it says so — we'd rather give you an honest "I'm not sure" than a confident guess.
Who's behind PACOD
PACOD is operated by Xpacore Ltd (Експакор ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria (ЕИК 208932439), based in Sofia. We're a small, focused team that cares about accuracy, clarity, and treating your data with respect.
The open-source projects
The assistants are PACOD's own agents, built on its open-source platform: an AI gateway, an identity provider, an agent platform, a content management system, a RAG knowledge base and benchmarks for the gateway, open source under the Apache License 2.0 and built to work together.
What you find here
Each project has its page: pacod-gw, pacod-cms, pacod-ap, pacod-id, pacod-kb, pacod-benchmark and pacod-demo. The projects puts them side by side, and How they fit together shows who calls whom.
The posts are notes from the work on them: what was added, why, and how it is built. They appear in English first and are translated into Bulgarian, German and Russian.
What runs this website
The website is itself a pacod-cms website, on its magazine template set. The banners beside the posts are PACOD's own, for its assistants and its projects: there is no outside advertising here.
Code and issues
The source of every project is on GitHub. Issues and ideas are welcome there; code contributions are not accepted for now.
